At Closet Core Patterns, we want you to be fully satisfied with your sewing journey. If you are not happy with your physical goods, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your physical products are in their original, unopened packaging; please note that digital PDF patterns and gift cards are non-refundable.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization and the correct shipping address for your region.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and ship them back to us using a trackable mailing service of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
